The Network
Our concept, the only one of its kind in Rhode Island, was developed to create a seamless integration of every service type and discipline that may be needed to assist a client to achieve maximum levels of wellness. Comprised of 5 companies at its core, Capitol Home Care Network, Inc. creates the opportunity for the client, family and physician to experience a true primary care model. Our 5 companies partner together to provide comprehensive services to the community we serve. Within our Network, there exists a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency, 4 licensed Home Care providers, a provider of Private Duty Nursing and an intermediary for Emergency Response Systems. This blend of service capacity, unique to Capitol Home Care Network, Inc., results in a global approach to care at home.
Our Charter
Capitol Home Care Network, Inc. was founded to provide quality comprehensive home health services to clients in Rhode Island. Capitol has a Governing Body which oversees the provision of care to the community, assuring that the vision and mission of Capitol are met and refined as indicated. The Governing Body works in partnership with the Professional Advisory Committee, chaired by a physician as Medical Director, to assure the quality of care. Capitol employs an Executive Director, answerable to the Governing Body and Professional Advisory Committee, who has accountability for the successful management of the full array of service components. Additionally , the Executive Director manages contractual agreements, functions as the liaison with all Federal, State and local agencies, oversees and assures continued Accreditation, strategic planning and fiscal management. Capitol employs a Director of Operations, answerable to the Executive Director, who is accountable for daily operations, Human Resources, receivables, Patients Satisfaction and Outcome Based Quality Improvement. Capitol employs a Clinical Supervisor to oversee, manage and assure the highest quality of clinical performance by Clinical Care Team. The Clinical Supervisor is accountable for hiring and training of all clinical staff, chairing Case Conferences, performing Clinical Record Review in conjunction with members of the Clinical Care Team and direct supervision of the Clinical Care Team .
